At Mesa Steam Showers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new unit doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage the unit in its original wooden crate and packaging materials to ensure the glass and components are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the shipment from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the unit for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
